I added cranberries instead of dates, red cabbage, and a bit of sesame oil. A slight change but it was so good I made it again tonight for my lunch tomorrow!

A friend forwarded me this recipe and I have made it three times since, I love it! I have gotten a little more creative each time and have added some Italian hot chili peppers and a red onion. Today I added a 1/4 cup of cranberries but I also think a green apple would be delicious!
