And, it has to serve 6 people. I do have a cast iron dutch oven with high sides that’s a larger diameter. Would this work?

It’s fun discovering “new to me” recipes from your site. The only thing I did differently was to make it with “Rippl” pea milk and it didn’t change the flavor at all and the texture was great. I used frozen, cubed squash (cook in microwave 5 minutes) and crème fraiche (store bought). Super easy and melt-in-your mouth yummy.
