I always have cold brew on hand so it was easy to make this. Delicious and it’s one of my new favorite drinks.

Everyone LOVED. Used fresh expresso, cooled and created beautiful foam. Definitely will make this again.

I might have to get out the old Bosco syrup! It’s always fun to read your readers’ variations too. Thanks for answering.

Thanks, that’s great to hear! I tried adding egg white and thought it diminished the other flavors, but I was trying the variation side-by-side and I’m sure I’d enjoy the egg white version on its own!

Hi C, Kahlua and vodka are alcoholic, so to remove those, you’d just be shaking coffee or cold brew on ice. I don’t a nonalcoholic version would yield the mocktail you have mind, unfortunately! It might be fun to shake some espresso or cold brew with some chocolate syrup and strain it into a glass.

It was perfect! I shook it with an egg white for the foamy top, highly recommend.
