Hi Amara, I feel the ratio of ingredients and the method could be improved, so I did additional testing and I prefer this version. My knowledge of baking had expanded greatly since I first started developing recipes. If you prefer the previous version, the pdf is attached.

They tasted great! Will make again with the blueberries.

Great flavor. The blueberries keep it moist, and I added a good amount of turbinado sugar on top. A few of my triangles came out a little flat, but they still tasted delicious. This was my first attempt, so it should be even better after a few tries.

We’ve made them successfully with King Arthur’s Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. I don’t know if it’s a function of the flour or user error, but we end up popping all the blueberries and the dough turns purple, but it’s delicious anyway. Is the GF flour stickier maybe? Is there some way to baby them in without popping them? I don’t know.

It’s quick and you can use any mix ins you want! I did some chopped frozen cherries and chocolate chips and they turned out amazing! They have a great crunch to the outside and are moist on the inside!
