Hi Lauren, I’m so glad that worked for you. It will have a more distinct goat cheese flavor if you use the full amount of goat cheese, so if you like the subtle hint of goat, your adaptation would work.

Well, it was still delicious!
Curious to see how it tastes as written, but this was so good I may make it the accidental way again.
