As I have made it several times now, I add extra celery and extra cucumbers. I also only add the onions before I eat it because after a few days they take over the salad. (I am making this just for myself, unbelievably, so it lasts me 4-5 days.)
I add extra lemon, dill, Italian seasoning.

I am totally hooked and have it once a month!. Thank you!

Had some good yellow and red pepper vidalla instead of red onion and black pepper. Not too far off original. Every one ate it…even the resident redneck who has awful food preferences. This makes a huge bowl and is very pretty…good to take to a crowd.
