Hi Barb, I don’t, but I can add that to my long list of ideas to consider developing. Happy holidays to you as well!

Question – Do you have a recipe for Almond Crescent cookies?

Thank you

Hi Julie, I haven’t tried that method for this dough, so it would take some experimenting for the thickness and baking time.

I found 2 teaspoons to be a really small portion and ended up with about 28 small balls that all cracked and could only really fit 1/4tsp of jam in them. I guess I should have just noticed and made them as big as I wanted. I also needed to go 15-16 to get the golden color but now the jam looks over baked and quite dark not bright and glossy like the pictures.

Hi Jillian, yes these cookies are bite-sized, which means it’s easy to have a few! I’m glad you enjoyed them.

They have such a nice chew to them and so yum with the raspberry jam. The cookies are small so I will definitely double the recipe next time. These were gobbled up quickly.

Perfect recipe! Made it exactly as written. Next time I will probably double it.

I added a tiny bit of almond extract and used a raspberry smash superfood spread from Costco and these turned out sensational! Saving this recipe and adding it to my rotation. Thanks!

Hi Kanika, almond flour is denser than wheat flour, so it will require other adjustments. Thumbprints are a classic recipe so you should be able to find a version with regular all-purpose flour easily that will have the appropriate measurements for other ingredients.
