So I used this method and found my oat flour to be much more coarse that the Bob’s Redmill oat flour that I buy. I used both a kitchenaid food processor and a blender (not a vitamix). Do you have any tips on getting finer and how much does it matter. I bought a 50 lbs bag of GF oats hoping to be able to make oat flour. The big bag was so much cheaper per lbs that the small bags of flour or oat.
