Thank you for the feedback, Cherry! Long term I have a goal to update baking recipes to include measurements by weight.

So much easier to weigh than measure- especially when the recipe says lightly packed.

I measured correctly. Also was not sweet enough. Disappointed in the results. The only thing I did differently is used a 8 x 11 glass baking dish.

Hi Allise, I would keep the crisp topping and fruit separate in the refrigerator, but if you do it the night before it should work.

I love it and will definitely make it again. I love that it is not loaded with sugar/sweetners like many rhubarb recipes have

Delicious! Going to be hard not to eat the whole thing.

Thank you. Would it be ok to assemble the day before baking? Trying to save day-of time for a party.

Hi Allise, try using 75% maple syrup and 25% brown sugar as your ratio.

Does anyone know if this would freeze well? I am meal prepping and thought it would be fantastic to have on hand!
